Ravandran Muttiah, has been an academic at the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Technology, AIMST University, Malaysia, since 2002. He was at INTI International University, Malaysia, as an academic in 1998. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of North London, United Kingdom, in 1996 and a Master of Science in Mobile, Personal, and Satellite Communications from the University of Westminster, United Kingdom, in 1997. He is a Member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He has served as IET Representative for the Northern Region of Malaysia for three terms from 2005-2008. He has served and reviewed 100 research papers on Web of Science and Clarivate International Journals. His research interest is Satellite Communications, Wireless Communications, and 5G/6G Mobile Communications.
